Hey there fellow RKO fans! Randy has been on a overseas tour the last week or so. So I am uploading the photos and results from those shows. I don't have all of the photos yet. I believe there is at least 1 or 2 more house shows that they did, but the photos haven't been loaded yet. So here is what I do have, and if there are anymore than I hope to load them up for you soon. Enjoy!
Bilbao, Spain 11-3-11
Randy Orton beat Intercontinental champion Cody Rhodes in a non-title match.
Graz, Austria 11-4-11
Randy Orton & Sheamus & Big Show beat World Hvt. champion Mark Henry & Christian & IC champion Cody Rhodes in a six-man tag match.
Vienna, Austria 11-5-11
Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase beat Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett. Prior to the match, Cody Rhodes cut a promo and insulted us by saying that the Viennese fans are the ugliest fans in the world. He got massive heat for that one, obviously. Subsequently, a huge “Cody sucks” chant broke out. Randy Orton came out to a monster pop, it was ridiculous. The crowd went totally nuts! The finish saw Randy Orton delivering an RKO to Wade Barrett to win the match.
Cardiff, Wales 11-6-11
Randy Orton & Big Show beat World Hvt. champion Mark Henry & Christian. This one started with a posing contest between Christian and Orton, Show then got involved by grabbing the house mic and did a really good Hulk Hogan impression by taunting Christian by saying “What’cha Gunna do when The Viper RKO’s you Brother?” This was a decent match with all four participants getting their fair share of in-ring action. There was one scary moment when Mark Henry appeared to drop Big Show on his head following a suplex (something that really should not be attempted!). Both Christian and Orton had their hands on their head following the spot, and Henry did look a little concerned. Show quickly regained his composure, but soon tagged out of the match to allow him some time to recuperate on the outside. This bout ended with Big Show grabbing both Henry and Christian for the chokeslam. Show then tossed Christian to Orton to hit the RKO while Show simultaneously chokeslammed Henry. With both Christian and Henry out for the count, Orton and Show pinned their opponents for a double pin and the win to send the crowd home happy.
Birmingham, England 11-7-11
Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase beat Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett after Orton pinned Barrett with an RKO. As expected, Orton was OVER. Cody was working without the mask, and there was no sign of the baggers. Lots of stalling to begin with, Cody kept sliding out the ring when the faces went for him. Surprisingly, both DiBiase and Orton where isolated by the heels, who were in control for most of the middle stint. Orton eventually got the hot tag and started the five moves of doom, only to get interrupted during the RKO stance by Rhodes.
DiBiase took Rhodes out with Dreamstreet, and Randy went for and RKO. Barrett countered, and hit swinging backbreaker (Black Hole Slam) for a 2 count. He tried to set up Wasteland, but Orton struggled out and nailed an RKO for the win. He too went all the way around the ring to thank the fans. Standard TV level tag match, but the fans seemed to like it. Sometimes it’s just good to give the casual fans what they want – Randy Orton being a bad ass. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
Brussel, Belgium 11-9-11
Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase beat Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett. Great match. Orton got the biggest pop of the night, but the best men of the evening were Barrett and Rhodes. Nobody cheered for Ted DiBiase, and that’s a shame. He was also great tonight! Orton won with the RKO (of course) and the crowd loved it.
Big Show beat Mark Henry by DQ in a World Heavyweight Championship match. Slow match. Henry was of the ring most of the match until he took a chair and was DQ’d, Big Show won, but Henry was still the champ . Mark Henry entered the ring and did the World’s Strongest Slam on Show. Rhodes and Barrett came out and pounded the Big Show, than Sheamus and Orton came out and cleared the ring
